Aurelia Lange is an illustrator and animator currently based in Berlin.
Working predominantly in pencil and ink her personal practice is an exploration in documenting her immediate surroundings through observational line drawings. Often centred around people, representing time and movement through an exploration of line and shape in an abstract and figurative way.
She is interested in how this extends into other mediums through painting and animation as an extension of her drawing.
With experience working with a variety of clients from small businesses and start ups to charities and larger organisations. Some of these include ; Bulb, Bella Union, Hardie Grant, Pan McMillan, Quadrille, The RSA, Hackney Migrant Centre, PILC. Alongside editorial illustration she has experience in branding, campaign design, art direction and animated shorts.
